Ingredients
- - Dry Rose Petals
- - Chocolate White
- 100 g Almonds
- - Toned Milk
- 100G Pistachios Californian Roasted & Salted (100g)
- 500G Madhur Sugar
- Loose Cardamom
- Pcs Saffron
Instructions
- 1. Gather all ingredients: 200g white chocolate (ensure it's Jain-friendly, without any animal-derived additives), 2 tbsp almond milk, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped pistachios, 1 tbsp chopped cashews, and 1 tbsp edible rose petals.
- 2. Line a small baking tray or flat plate with parchment paper and set aside.
- 3. Chop the white chocolate into small, even pieces to ensure it melts smoothly.
- 4. Heat a double boiler: Fill a saucepan with 1-2 inches of water and place it on medium heat. Place a heatproof bowl on top of the saucepan, ensuring the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
- 5. Add the chopped white chocolate to the bowl and stir continuously until it melts completely and becomes smooth.
- 6. Once the chocolate is fully melted, remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool slightly for 2-3 minutes.
- 7. Add almond milk, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder to the melted chocolate. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
- 8. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared parchment paper-lined tray. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into a thin layer.
- 9. Sprinkle the chopped almonds, pistachios, cashews, and edible rose petals evenly over the chocolate layer, pressing them gently to ensure they stick.
- 10. Place the tray in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until the chocolate bark is completely set and firm.
- 11. Once set, remove the tray from the refrigerator and carefully lift the parchment paper to transfer the bark to a cutting board.
- 12. Use a sharp knife to cut the bark into small, even pieces or break it into irregular chunks by hand.
- 13. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
