Ingredients

  • - Dry Rose Petals
  • - Chocolate White
  • 100 g Almonds
  • - Toned Milk
  • 100G Pistachios Californian Roasted & Salted (100g)
  • 500G Madhur Sugar
  • Loose Cardamom
  • Pcs Saffron

Instructions

  1. 1. Gather all ingredients: 200g white chocolate (ensure it's Jain-friendly, without any animal-derived additives), 2 tbsp almond milk, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped pistachios, 1 tbsp chopped cashews, and 1 tbsp edible rose petals.
  2. 2. Line a small baking tray or flat plate with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. 3. Chop the white chocolate into small, even pieces to ensure it melts smoothly.
  4. 4. Heat a double boiler: Fill a saucepan with 1-2 inches of water and place it on medium heat. Place a heatproof bowl on top of the saucepan, ensuring the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water.
  5. 5. Add the chopped white chocolate to the bowl and stir continuously until it melts completely and becomes smooth.
  6. 6. Once the chocolate is fully melted, remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool slightly for 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7. Add almond milk, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder to the melted chocolate. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  8. 8. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared parchment paper-lined tray. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into a thin layer.
  9. 9. Sprinkle the chopped almonds, pistachios, cashews, and edible rose petals evenly over the chocolate layer, pressing them gently to ensure they stick.
  10. 10. Place the tray in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until the chocolate bark is completely set and firm.
  11. 11. Once set, remove the tray from the refrigerator and carefully lift the parchment paper to transfer the bark to a cutting board.
  12. 12. Use a sharp knife to cut the bark into small, even pieces or break it into irregular chunks by hand.
  13. 13. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
