Ingredients
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 250 g Carrot
- 250 g Spinach
- 1 Kg Tanifuji Sticky Short Grain Sushi Rice
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 1 Kg R.C. Fish
- 200 g Paneer
- 250 G Sempio Gochujang
- 200 g Table Salt
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
Instructions
- 1. Rinse 1 cup of short-grain rice thoroughly until the water runs clear. Cook the rice in a rice cooker or pot with 1.5 cups of water until fully cooked. Set aside.
- 2. While the rice cooks, prepare the vegetables: julienne 1 carrot, slice 1 zucchini into thin strips, and shred 1 cup of spinach.
- 3. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, then rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. Set aside.
- 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the carrots for 2 minutes, then remove and set aside. Repeat the process with the zucchini, cooking for 2 minutes until slightly softened. Set aside.
- 5. In the same pan, add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and sauté the blanched spinach for 1 minute. Season with a pinch of salt and set aside.
- 6. Fry 2 eggs sunny-side up in a separate pan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Set aside.
- 7. To assemble, divide the cooked rice between two bowls. Arrange the sautéed carrots, zucchini, and spinach neatly on top of the rice.
- 8. Place a fried egg on top of each bowl.
- 9. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of pre-made Bibimbap sauce over each bowl.
- 10. Serve immediately, mixing all ingredients together before eating.
