Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 1 Kg Tanifuji Sticky Short Grain Sushi Rice
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 1 Kg R.C. Fish
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 250 G Sempio Gochujang
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 500 Ml Champion Oil
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse 1 cup of short-grain rice thoroughly until the water runs clear. Cook the rice in a rice cooker or pot with 1.5 cups of water until fully cooked. Set aside.
  2. 2. While the rice cooks, prepare the vegetables: julienne 1 carrot, slice 1 zucchini into thin strips, and shred 1 cup of spinach.
  3. 3. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, then rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. Set aside.
  4. 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the carrots for 2 minutes, then remove and set aside. Repeat the process with the zucchini, cooking for 2 minutes until slightly softened. Set aside.
  5. 5. In the same pan, add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and sauté the blanched spinach for 1 minute. Season with a pinch of salt and set aside.
  6. 6. Fry 2 eggs sunny-side up in a separate pan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Set aside.
  7. 7. To assemble, divide the cooked rice between two bowls. Arrange the sautéed carrots, zucchini, and spinach neatly on top of the rice.
  8. 8. Place a fried egg on top of each bowl.
  9. 9. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of pre-made Bibimbap sauce over each bowl.
  10. 10. Serve immediately, mixing all ingredients together before eating.
