- 250 g Spinach
- 1 loaf Focaccia Bread
- - Olive Oil
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Bell Peppers
- 1 pack Mushrooms Button
- - Cheese Slices
- 100 g Roasted Red Pepper Pesto Sauce
- 200 g Table Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash and slice the bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, and tomato into thin slices.
- 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- 3. Sauté the sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, and zucchini until they are tender, then set aside.
- 4. Wash the spinach and dry it using a salad spinner or paper towels.
- 5. Slice the focaccia bread horizontally to create sandwich halves.
- 6. Spread a generous layer of the red pesto sauce on the inside of each bread half.
- 7. Layer the sautéed vegetables, tomato slices, fresh spinach, and cheese slices on the bottom half of the bread.
- 8. Sprinkle a pinch of Keya Table Salt over the fillings.
- 9. Close the sandwich with the top half of the focaccia bread, pressing down slightly.
- 10. Heat a panini press or a grill pan over medium heat and brush with a bit of olive oil.
- 11. Place the sandwich in the panini press or grill pan and cook until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
- 12. Remove the panini from the heat, cut it into halves or quarters, and serve warm.
