Ingredients

  • 1 l Homogenised Toned Milk
  • - Dates
  • 200g Good Life Mixed Dry Fruits 200 G
  • 500g Bamb Roasted Vermicelli
  • 100 Ml Gowardhan Ghee
  • 500 g Sugar
  • Pcs Saffron
  • Loose Cardamom

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of Gowardhan Ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the vermicelli and roast it, stirring continuously, until it turns golden brown. This should take about 3-4 minutes. Remove the roasted vermicelli from the pan and set it aside.
  2. 2. In the same pan, add the Delight Nuts Mixed Nuts - Roasted & Salted, 35 G, and sauté them for 2-3 minutes until they turn golden and aromatic. Remove the nuts from the pan and set them aside.
  3. 3. Chop the Good Life Mixed Dry Fruits 200 G and dates into small pieces. Set them aside for later use.
  4. 4. In a separate large saucepan, bring the Homogenised Toned Milk to a gentle boil over medium heat. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low to prevent scorching. Add the roasted vermicelli to the milk and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vermicelli softens.
  5. 5. Gradually add the sugar, chopped dates, cardamom powder, and saffron strands to the milk mixture. Stir well after each addition to ensure the ingredients are evenly combined. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  6. 6. Add the sautéed nuts and the chopped Good Life Mixed Dry Fruits to the milk mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring gently to ensure even distribution of the ingredients.
  7. 7. Remove the pan from heat and let the Sheer Khurma cool to room temperature. Garnish with additional chopped nuts and dried fruits before serving. Serve warm or chilled as desired.
