Ingredients
- - Malai Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Lemon
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the green chilies and cook for an additional minute.
- 3. Add the diced bell peppers and green peas, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and tandoori masala. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices release their aroma, about 5-6 minutes.
- 5. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well with the vegetables and spices. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer absorbs the flavors.
- 6. Season with salt to taste, and mix in the chopped coriander leaves. Cook for another minute and remove from heat.
- 7. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side, accompanied by parathas or toasted bread for a hearty breakfast.
