  • 50G Green Chilies

  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the green chilies and cook for an additional minute.
  3. 3. Add the diced bell peppers and green peas, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

  5. 5. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well with the vegetables and spices. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer absorbs the flavors.
  6. 6. Season with salt to taste, and mix in the chopped coriander leaves. Cook for another minute and remove from heat.
  7. 7. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side, accompanied by parathas or toasted bread for a hearty breakfast.
