Ingredients
- - Malai Paneer
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 g Dahi
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they sizzle, add chopped onion and sauté until golden.
- 2. Add chopped tomatoes, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- 3. Sprinkle turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt over the sautéed vegetables. Mix well to combine.
- 4. Add crumbled paneer to the pan and gently fold it into the vegetable mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer is heated through and infused with the spices.
- 5. Warm the parathas on a flat skillet until soft and pliable. Place a portion of the paneer mixture in the center of each paratha.
- 6. Roll the parathas tightly around the filling to form wraps. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a dollop of yogurt if desired.
