Ingredients

  • - Malai Paneer
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they sizzle, add chopped onion and sauté until golden.
  2. 2. Add chopped tomatoes, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  3. 3. Sprinkle turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt over the sautéed vegetables. Mix well to combine.
  4. 4. Add crumbled paneer to the pan and gently fold it into the vegetable mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer is heated through and infused with the spices.
  5. 5. Warm the parathas on a flat skillet until soft and pliable. Place a portion of the paneer mixture in the center of each paratha.
