- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 200 g Dahi
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- - Besan
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, turmeric powder, tandoori masala, red chili powder, cumin seeds, and salt.
- 2. Gradually add yogurt and stir to form a smooth batter, ensuring there are no lumps. Adjust consistency with additional yogurt if needed.
- 3. Fold in the chopped vegetables (tomato, onion, capsicum, green chili) and fresh coriander leaves, mixing well.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
- 5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan, spreading it evenly to form a thin pancake.
- 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
- 7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding oil to the pan as needed.
