- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 g Cucumber
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until the raw aroma disappears. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes to let the spices bloom.
- 4. Add crumbled paneer to the pan and mix thoroughly with the masala. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well, turn off the heat, and cover the pan. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes to enhance the flavors.
- 6. In a bowl, whisk yogurt with a pinch of salt and stir in the grated cucumber to make a refreshing raita.
- 7. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a skillet until soft and slightly golden in spots.
