Ingredients
- 100G California Almond (100g)
- 0.25 g Saffron
- 1 l Milk
- 500 g Jaggery Powder
- 20 g Cardamom Powder
- Unsalted Sliced Pistachio (Unsalted) (100g)
Instructions
- 1. Soak the almonds in warm water for 4-5 hours or overnight to soften. Peel off the skin and set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, soak the saffron strands in 2 tablespoons of warm milk for 10 minutes to release their color and aroma.
- 3. Blend the peeled almonds with 200ml milk until smooth and creamy. Add the saffron-infused milk, jaggery powder, rose water, and cardamom powder to the blender, and blend again for 1-2 minutes until fully incorporated.
