- 16 g Orika Oregano
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Jiwa 30 Degree Gluten Free Flour
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 200 g Food Library The Magic Of Nature Hungarian Sweet Paprika Powder
- 10 g Thyme
Instructions
- 1. Cut 500 g of paneer into thick steak-like slices.
- 2. In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup flour, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/16 tsp thyme, and 1/16 tsp oregano.
- 3. Coat each paneer slice thoroughly in the flour mixture, ensuring an even layer on all sides.
- 4. Heat 1/4 cup olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
- 5. Place the coated paneer steaks in the skillet and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, turning once, until golden brown on both sides.
