  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a kadhai (wok) over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger and garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  2. 2. Add the tomato puree to the kadhai and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens and the oil separates. Mix in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.

  4. 4. Add the paneer cubes to the gravy and gently mix to coat them with the creamy sauce. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Simultaneously, prepare the veggie stuffing by heating 1 tablespoon of oil in another pan. Add capsicum, carrots, and cabbage, sautéing for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and garam masala.
  6. 6. Serve the creamy kadhai paneer alongside the flavorful stuffed veggies, garnished with freshly chopped coriander. Pair with warm chapatis or parathas for a complete breakfast.
