  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean and cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces, ensuring even cooking.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt to make a marinade. Add the chicken pieces and coat well. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat mustard oil in a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  4. 4. Warm the parathas on the tawa until soft and slightly golden on both sides. Keep them covered to retain the heat.
  5. 5. Assemble the rolls by placing a portion of cooked chicken in the center of each paratha. Top with sliced onions, diced tomatoes, and chopped coriander leaves.
  6. 6. Drizzle lemon juice over the filling and roll the parathas tightly into wraps. Serve hot with a side of mint chutney or yogurt dip.
