Ingredients

  • 200 g Tendercuts Chicken 65 Boneless
  • 500 g X 2 Organically Grown Potato Combo
  • 500 g Carrot
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 100 g Celery Stalk
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse 500 g halal chicken thoroughly and place it in a large pot. Add enough water to cover the chicken and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is tender.
  2. 2. While the chicken is cooking, peel and chop 4 potatoes and 4 carrots into bite-sized pieces. Dice 1 onion and slice 2 stalks of celery.
  3. 3. Once the chicken is tender, remove it from the pot and shred it into smaller pieces. Return the shredded chicken to the pot.
  4. 4. Add the chopped potatoes, carrots, onion, and celery to the pot. Stir in 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Add more water if needed to cover the ingredients.
  5. 5. Bring the stew to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are soft and the flavors are well combined.
  6. 6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot for a wholesome dinner.
