- - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 250 g Cucumber
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the chicken strips in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onions until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the masala thickens.
- 4. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a flat pan or tawa for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
- 5. Assemble the wraps by placing a portion of the chicken masala in the center of each paratha, topped with shredded lettuce, chopped cucumber, and tomatoes.
- 6. Fold the parathas tightly around the filling to form wraps and serve immediately.
