Ingredients

  • - Chicken Breast
  • - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken strips in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onions until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the masala thickens.
  4. 4. Warm the whole wheat parathas on a flat pan or tawa for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
  5. 5. Assemble the wraps by placing a portion of the chicken masala in the center of each paratha, topped with shredded lettuce, chopped cucumber, and tomatoes.
  6. 6. Fold the parathas tightly around the filling to form wraps and serve immediately.
