- 200 g Paneer
- - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 250 g Cucumber
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Chaat Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to prepare the tangy yogurt dressing and refrigerate.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add paneer cubes, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Stir-fry gently for 3-4 minutes until the paneer is golden and coated with spices. Remove from heat.
- 3. Warm the parathas on a tawa or skillet until soft and slightly crisp. Keep them wrapped in a clean kitchen towel to retain warmth.
- 4. In a serving bowl, arrange the cooked paneer, diced cucumber, tomato, and onion. Drizzle the chilled yogurt dressing over the vegetables and paneer.
