  • 200 g Paneer
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Chaat Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to prepare the tangy yogurt dressing and refrigerate.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add paneer cubes, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Stir-fry gently for 3-4 minutes until the paneer is golden and coated with spices. Remove from heat.
