Take a bowl and add 1 cup of flour in it and then add 1 teaspoon of baking powder in it.

Strain all these in the vessel and keep it aside for some time and meanwhile take another vessel and add 2 cups of buttermilk in it and add 1 cup of powdered sugar in it and add 1 teaspoon of baking soda in it.

Mix the wet ingredients nicely till the foam texture comes out and after that mix the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and then whisk it very nicely.

After that add 1 cup of Ras malai milk slowly and continue whisking it to make it a fine cake batter and also add 1 tablespoon of almond extract in it and mix it nicely.

After that take a baking pot and pour the batter in it and bake it in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees temperature and if using a microwave then bake it for 4 minutes.

After that on the other side take a bowl and add 3 cups of whipping cream in it and whisk it nicely and after that add cup of rasmalai milk in it and again whisk it properly to make it a stiff texture.

Then put the cream in the refrigerator for 1 hour and meanwhile cut the cake into three circular halves.

Take out the cream and add some of it in the piping bag for the decoration of the cake and then take the first cut layer of the cake and add 2-3 tablespoons of ras malai milk on it and spread it nicely to soak it and then add the cream and spread it all over with a flat knife.

Add tit bits of ras malai and spread it all over and after that repeat the same process again with the other two layers.

After that add cream to all the sides and make it even with a flat knife and then with the piping bag decorate it on the flat surface.

Add some dry rose petals in the middle of the cake and also add finely chopped pistachios (pista) and chopped almonds in the middle of the cake.

Also add small pieces of ras malai on the cake to make it look even more beautiful and put the dry rose petals and chopped dry fruits on all sides of the cake. 13. The delicious, creamy and tasty ras malai cake is ready to eat. Serve it in a plate and enjoy this delicacy.
