Take a pan and add less than half cup clarified butter to it and let it melt and then add semolina to it and roast it till it’s colour changes by mixing it well on medium flame.

Once the aroma of roasted semolina starts to come out then transfer the semolina to a plate and turn off the gas flame.

On the other side for making pineapple syrup for the sheera, take two bowl of chopped pineapple( one roughly chopped and one finely chopped).

Add the roughly chopped pineapple to the mixer jar and blend it well to make a fine paste .

Add the pineapple paste to the pan and add ½ cup of sugar in it and after that add finely chopped pineapple in it and mix it well and let it cook for some timw.

Let it cook for some time until the sugar dissolves and the pineapple chunks turn tender by mixing it well.

Add 2 cups of water when it is nicely cooked and also add the roasted semolina into it and let it cook on low flame until the semolina gets puffed for 3-4 minutes.

Mix the semolina slowly and turn the gas flame on medium from low and after that add some chopped almonds, chopped cashewnuts in the sheera and mix the sheera properly.

Add some green cardamom powder and cook it till it becomes thick and after 2 minute turn off the flame and add 2 teaspoon of clarified butter in it and mix it properly.

Slowly transfer the sheera on a serving plate and again add 1 teaspoon clarified butter on it as it makes it more delicious and tasty and then garnish it with chopped dry fruits.

Piping hot, super tasty, sweet pineapple sheera is ready to serve.
