Let’s begin by preparing the Burger sauce. In a bowl add four teaspoons of Mayonnaise. Add teaspoon oregano, ½ teaspoon chilli flakes, and four tablespoons tomato ketchup. Blend them all and tandoori sauce is ready.

Take a Burger bun and cut it horizontally from the centre. Apply melted butter on both sides of the bun.

Take a pan and place the buns and toast them till they are nice and crisp. Toast them well on both sides.

Now to assemble the burger, add a layer of Tandoori Mayonnaise on the lower piece of the bun. Keep slices of onion and tomato.

Place a couple of crisp momos and top it with mayonnaise. Place the other piece of a bun on top and the Burger bun is ready to serve.

Steps to Prepare Crispy Momos:
Take 5-6 steamed or raw momos. In a bowl add 1/3rd cup refined flour, add a pinch of salt, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala,1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, and 1/4 teaspoon chat masala.

Add water in small quantities and which it into and batter of pouring consistency.

Take a bowl of bread crumbs and spread them on a plate, add 1/3 spoon of black pepper and 1/3 teaspoon salt to it and mix it well.

Dip the steamed momos in the refined flour batter, coat it well and then place the momos on the bread crumbs and completely coat the momo with bread crumbs. Prepare all the momos similarly.

Take a pot, heat the oil nicely and drop the coated momos into the hot oil and fry them on the medium flame will they turn golden brown on all sides.

Cooking a steamed momo will require 3-4 minutes whereas a raw momo will take 5-6 minutes to fry well. Crispy momos are ready to serve and Go into our Burger Buns.
