“To prepare the bhaja masala: Take a pan and add 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon of fennel seeds, 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds and 2-3 green cardamom and dry roast it at a medium flame.

Roast the ingredients only 80% and add a pinch of salt in it and mix it well for 5 minutes and after that transfer all of it to a bowl and le it cool for 5 minutes and after that grind it in a grinder to make a fine powder.

To prepare the jhalmuri: Take a tin container and add puffed rice in it and then add 2 teaspoons of chana jor garam in it and then add 2 tablespoons of green chillies, 2 teaspoons of boiled white peas.

Add soaked red grams in it and then add sev bhajiya, 2 tablespoons of chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of chopped tomatoes, 2 teaspoons of prepared bhaja masala in it.

Add 1 tablespoon of chopped boiled potato in it and after that add 2 teaspoons of mustard oil from the pickle, salt as per the taste and then add 1 tablespoon of chopped coconut.

Mix all the items in the box well and super tasty, spicy and amazing jhal muri is ready to eat. Serve it in a cone or in a plate and enjoy the amazing flavour of it. ”
