Take a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of water to 4 tablespoons of agar powder and mix it. Take a pan add the rest of the water and the agar mixture to it and cook it.
Stir it continuously and keep cooking. gradually add sugar to it Next add coconut milk and. keep stirring well. Add a pinch of salt. It will take 8-10 mins to cook completely.
Switch off the flame and let it cool down for 20 minutes and after that pour, 1 layer of the jelly mixture into a tray .add 1 layer of chopped strawberries and spread it all over.
Add another layer of agar mixture on it to cover the fruits and put it in the fridge to cool for 2 minutes before adding the next layer of fruit.
After that add chopped kiwi to it and again cover it with the agar mixture and continue repeating this process .keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes and after that let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
Cut down the prepared jelly into pieces and then it is ready to eat.
