Take a vessel and add all-purpose flour to it. Add baking soda to it and mix it well. In another bowl add 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons honey and mix it well.

Whisk the egg mixture very nicely and add milk in it slowly and continue stirring it for some time. Add milk and continue mixing well.

Add the flour mixture to it and continue whisking it until everything is combined. Note the consistency should also be a little thick.

Heat the pan and grease it with oil all over and wipe out the excess oil with a paper towel.

Turn the flame to medium-low . With the help of a spoon pour 1 full spoon-filled batter on the pan in two parts to prepare two different dorayaki and cook it until it has tiny air bubbles on top of it.

Flip both the pancake gradually and let them cook from the other side evenly and then put it on a plate and cover it with a wet towel to prevent them from getting dried until all the cakes are ready.

Repeat the same process for all the dorayaki. Once done place one dorayaki on the plate, put 1 heaped tablespoon of Anko in the middle of the dorayaki cake and cover it with the other dorayaki making a sandwich.

Wrap the full thing with the translucent paper and squeeze it gently with both hands and pinch around the edges to give it a perfect sealed shape.

Remove the sheet once done and the tasty, sweet dorayaki cake is ready to eat and enjoy.
