Take one large chicken breast and split it horizontally midway. This helps it cook faster. Flatten the uneven parts using a rolling pin so that each piece has the same thickness.
-
Mix the onion powder, black pepper and salt together.
-
Take a tray and break one egg into it and whisk it well until it is evenly mixed. In another tray spread the breadcrumbs. Season the chicken breast with the seasoning prepared in step 2.
-
Dust a thin even layer of flour on either side of the chicken. Ensure the entire chicken is evenly coated with the flour.
-
Take one piece of chicken and dip it in the egg mixture so that it is well coated. Coat it with breadcrumbs on all sides and keep it aside in a different tray.
-
Repeat the same process with all the other cutlets. Put the clean paper on the cooling rack and keep it ready. Heat oil for frying at 170 degrees Celsius or 340 degrees Fahrenheit.
-
After that put the cutlet in the pan and fry it for 7-8 minutes till the chicken turns golden brown. Flip it again on the other side and let it cook from both sides.
-
Repeat the same frying step for all the rest of the chicken pieces and then when all are done cut it into pieces.
-
Serve the fried chicken on a plate with some tiny chopped cabbage on one side of the plate and also add ketchup so that it has the perfect amazing taste.
