In a mixing bowl add the boiled mashed potatoes, grate the paneer and grate the cheese. Add a teaspoon of chopped garlic, 1/2 cup chopped Capsicum, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped green chillies, salt to taste and a little black pepper powder.

Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of spring onion greens and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Combine and give all the ingredients a good mix.

Take a small spoonful of mixture and shape it into small mini roundels and coat lightly with corn flour and dust off the excess flour.

Fry in oil until golden brown and remove them on a kitchen towel.

Take a wok add oil, add 2 tbsp of garlic, and ginger, and sauté on high flame for 1-2 mins.

Add diced onions, capsicum, bell peppers, finely chopped green chillies, and sugar, and again sauté on high flame for 1-2 minutes.

Add a tablespoon each of soy sauce, red chilli sauce, and ketchup and stir it. Add salt, white pepper, and vinegar water, and bring it to a boil.

Prepare a slurry with a tablespoon of starch and water. Add this to the vegetables and sauce mixture and let it cook till the sauce thickens.

Add the fried cheese chilli balls and sauté well

Garnish with spring onion greens

Serve hot with your choice of rice. Roti is also a good to go option.
