In a Vessel Take One and a half cups of water. Add salt as per taste and a teaspoon of oil.

Let the water Boil. Once the water begins to boil, slowly add 1 ½ cup of Rice Flour to this boiling water. Turn the flame to low at this stage.

Add the Rice flours slowly, constantly stirring the mixture to avoid the formation of lumps.

Switch off the flame. Close the vessel with a lid and let the mixture remain in it for 2-3 mins.

Remove the Rice flour dough to a big flat plate. Slowly knead this into a soft dough, adding a few drops of water. The dough should not stick to your hands.

Once the dough is ready, cover it with a wet muslin cloth and let it rest for 12-15 minutes.

Take a round ball of dough and dust it with little rice flour. 10. Roll this ball using a rolling pin into a thin flatbread.

Heat a Cast iron pan and cook this bhakri on low flame, such that it cooks well on both sides. Steaming hot rice flour bhakri is ready to serve.
