Ingredients
- Pcs Epi Yogurt Mango
- 500 ml Water
- 500 Gms Organic Sprouted Ragi Flour
- 500 Gms Rice Flour
- 10G Salt
- - Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 250g Garlic
- 250g Ginger
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 250g Coriander
- - Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the dosa batter by combining ragi flour, rice flour, yogurt, salt, and lukewarm water. Whisk until smooth, cover, and set aside for 15 minutes.
- Step 2: Heat 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a skillet. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili. Sauté until onions are golden.
- Step 3: Add lamb mince to the skillet and cook on medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Step 4: Add chopped tomato, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, and red chili powder. Stir well and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture is fragrant and slightly dry. Garnish with coriander leaves and set aside.
- Step 5: Heat a flat griddle and grease it lightly with coconut oil. Pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread it thinly in a circular shape. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until slightly crispy. Flip and cook for another minute. Repeat for remaining batter.
- Step 6: Assemble the tacos by placing the lamb filling on the ragi dosa. Fold gently or roll into taco shapes and serve warm.
