  • - Fresh Tofu
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Ginger Powder
  • - Garlic Powder
  • - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
  • 500 G Mongri Fali/Radish Pods(500 Gm)
  • 50 g Cloves
  • 40 g Orika True Cinnamon Stick
  • - Red Chilli
  • - Bay Leaf
  • 1 ltr Pansari Tilsari Edible Vegetable Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 kg Water Chestnuts
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and soak the rice in water for 20 minutes while preparing the other ingredients.
  2. 2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and marinate with turmeric, chili powder, and salt for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a large pan and sauté the cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and bay leaf until aromatic.
  4. 4. Add the ginger powder, garlic powder, and marinated tofu, stirring gently to prevent sticking.
  5. 5. Mix in the Frozen Mixed Vegetables and cook for 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
  6. 6. Add the soaked rice to the pan, along with coriander powder and salt, stirring gently to combine.
  7. 7. Pour in the measured water and bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.
