  • 40 g Simplify Foods Hot & Spicy Tomato Soup
  • 500 g Borges Spaghetti Wheat Pasta
  • 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
  • 1 pack (200 g) Milky Mist Curd Pouch

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. 2. In a large skillet, brown 1 lb of ground beef with 1 diced onion and 1 diced green pepper over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked and the vegetables are softened, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. 3. Add 1 can of tomato sauce, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup of curd, and 1 cup of shredded kosher cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir well and cook over low heat until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes.

  5. 5. Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
  6. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the casserole is bubbling and heated through.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated kosher Longhorn cheese on top. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
