Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 40 g Simplify Foods Hot & Spicy Tomato Soup
- 500 g Borges Spaghetti Wheat Pasta
- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 1 pack (200 g) Milky Mist Curd Pouch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- 2. In a large skillet, brown 1 lb of ground beef with 1 diced onion and 1 diced green pepper over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked and the vegetables are softened, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- 3. Add 1 can of tomato sauce, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1/2 cup of curd, and 1 cup of shredded kosher cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir well and cook over low heat until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Cook 12 oz of spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and combine the cooked spaghetti with the beef and tomato mixture, mixing thoroughly.
- 5. Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the casserole is bubbling and heated through.
- 7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated kosher Longhorn cheese on top. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
