Ingredients
- 25 g Parsley
- 1 pc (500 ml) Grb Ghee | Bottle | Pure & Classic
- 200 g Id Soft And Creamy Paneer
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 400 Ml Kara Coconut Cream
Instructions
- 1. Melt 3 tbsp butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- 2. Add 300 g paneer cubes and cook until lightly golden on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove the paneer and set aside.
- 3. Stir 2 tbsp cornstarch into the butter and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- 4. Gradually add 1 cup of warm vegetable broth while stirring, ensuring a smooth consistency.
- 5. Pour in 1/2 cup coconut cream and continue to stir until the mixture thickens and becomes bubbly, about 3-4 minutes.
- 6. Stir in 2 tbsp Dijon mustard and mix well to combine.
- 7. Return the cooked paneer to the pan, ensuring it is coated in the sauce. Cover and let it simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
- 8. Sprinkle 2 tbsp chopped parsley over the dish before serving.
