- 1 kg Beef Sirloin
- 50 g Honey
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 250g Ginger
- - Chilli Green 100 G
- 100 g Til
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Cornflour
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
