- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Curd
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- 200 g Table Salt
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50G Green Chilies
Instructions
- 1. Marinate 400g of chicken tenders with 1 tablespoon each of Everest cumin powder, Everest coriander powder, Everest kutilal red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of Keya turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Add 2 tablespoons of Milky Mist curd and 1 tablespoon of Smith & Jones ginger garlic paste. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of Sunny Soya Fit refined soyabean oil in a pan over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon of Zoff red mustard seeds and let them crackle.
- 3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until tender and fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally and ensure the spices coat the chicken well.
- 4. In a bowl, mix Fortune Maida with water to make a smooth dough. Let it rest for a few minutes, then divide the dough into small balls.
- 5. Roll each dough ball into a flatbread using a rolling pin and cook them on a hot skillet until both sides are golden brown. Repeat for all dough balls.
- 6. Slice onions and tomatoes thinly to prepare a salad topping.
- 7. Assemble the kathi rolls by placing cooked chicken in the center of each flatbread, topping with sliced onions and tomatoes, and drizzling with Kissan fresh tomato ketchup.
- 8. Roll the flatbreads tightly around the filling to form a wrap. Serve the Chicken Kathi Rolls hot and enjoy!
