A hearty Mediterranean-inspired pasta dish featuring ground beef, green beans, and a blend of warm spices, topped with creamy feta cheese. Perfect for a satisfying dinner.
Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 400 g Wickedgud 2X Fiber Penne Pasta | No Maida | Durum Wheat Semolina | Brown Rice | Healthy Diet Pasta
- 250 g French Beans - 250 G
- 200 g Mooz Formaggio Feta Cheese
- 400 g Zehrat Safa Tomato Paste, 4
- 50 g + 30 g Snapin Oregano Seasoning + Chilli Flakes Combo
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 80 g Knorr Vegetables Stock Cubes
- 200 g Hommade Tomato Puree
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, cook 1/2 cup of chopped Sambar Onion over medium heat until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2. In a large saucepan, combine 1 can of vegetable stock and 1 can of tomato puree. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- 3. Add 1-1/2 cups of penne pasta to the saucepan. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
- 4. Stir the cooked onion mixture into the saucepan with the pasta. Add 1-1/2 cups of trimmed green beans, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 2 teaspoons of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Mix well and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the green beans are tender and the flavors are well combined.
- 5. Remove the saucepan from heat and sprinkle 3/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese over the top. Serve hot and enjoy.
