Ingredients
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 g Dahi
- 500 g Onion
- 250 g Carrot
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/2 tbsp oil. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden.
- Stir in grated carrot, green peas, bell pepper, and tomato. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add garam masala and coriander leaves to the vegetable mix. Stir well and set aside to cool slightly.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin circle. Cook on a hot tawa (griddle) until light brown spots appear, brushing with butter or ghee if desired.
- Spread 1 tbsp yogurt on each paratha. Place a portion of the vegetable filling in the center and roll into a wrap.
- Serve the wraps warm, optionally accompanied by extra yogurt.
