- 100G Chicken Masala (100g)
- 500 g Refined Flour
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- - Rock Salt
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and rock salt.
- 2. Add the minced garlic, ginger paste, and water to the dry ingredients, whisking to create a smooth batter.
- 3. Add the chicken cubes to the batter, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
- 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches 180°C.
- 5. Carefully drop the battered chicken cubes into the hot oil in small batches to avoid overcrowding.
