- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Spinach (Palak)
- 750 g Priya Sunflower Oil
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- 500 g Onion
- - Ginger Powder
- - Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix 50g Pouch
- - Rock Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water and soak it for 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté finely chopped garlic until fragrant.
- 3. Add diced onion to the pan and cook until it turns golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Stir in the ginger powder and Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, letting the spices bloom for 1 minute.
- 5. Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- 6. Cut the paneer into cubes and add them to the pan, gently mixing to coat with the spices.
- 7. Drain the soaked rice and add it to a pot with 300 ml of water and rock salt, bringing it to a boil.
- 8. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer the rice for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
- 9. Once the rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and fold it gently into the paneer-spinach mixture.
- 10. Simmer the combined mixture for 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors.
