Ingredients

  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 200 g Spinach (Palak)
  • 750 g Priya Sunflower Oil
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Ginger Powder
  • - Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix 50g Pouch
  • - Rock Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water and soak it for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté finely chopped garlic until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add diced onion to the pan and cook until it turns golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Stir in the ginger powder and Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, letting the spices bloom for 1 minute.
  5. 5. Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. 6. Cut the paneer into cubes and add them to the pan, gently mixing to coat with the spices.
  7. 7. Drain the soaked rice and add it to a pot with 300 ml of water and rock salt, bringing it to a boil.
  8. 8. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer the rice for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
