Take a food processor and put chopped spring onions ,peeled ginger add some sesame seeds in it. Add pinch of salt and white pepper in the same grinder and also add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil .

Chop the chicken widely and also add it in the food processor. Add 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon of soya sauce in it. Mince all these ingredients in the food processor.

Apply water on both the palms and shape the minced meat into small round meat balls. Repeat the process till you form balls with the entire minced chicken.

Take a skewer and pierce the meat balls in it. You can add 2-3 balls in one skewer.Place it on the preheated grill pan and cook it for sometime at a high flame.

While the chickens are in the process of grilling take another bowl to prepare the tokoyaki sauce . Add 4 tablespoons of light soya sauce in the bowl and then add 2 tablespoons dark soya sauce in it. Add 2 tablespoons of honey in it and then mix it well and then add 3-4 tablespoons of minon in it and mix it very nicely.

Flip the chicken meat ball so that it is cooked on both the sides. Add the prepared sauce in the grilling pan over the grilled chicken and let it cook for some time by flipping it both the sides on medium flame.

Add some chicken stock in the pan to avoid getting a sticky texture and then cook it again for some time.

The grilled hot chicken meat balls is ready to eat so transfer it to another plate and garnish it with some sesame seeds and enjoy the delicacy.
