Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
Arrange the thinly sliced red onion over the top.
Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the pizza.

Drizzle a little olive oil over the pizza.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
