After that take a pan and add 4 cups of oil in it and we can also use deep fryer to fry the potatoes and heat the oil at medium to medium high flame.

Once all the potatoes are blanched place it nicely so that it does not stick to one another and then refrigerate it for one day before the final cooking of it.

After that when all the potatoes are chilled heat up the oil again and fry it till crisp and golden brown.
