A MEXICAN DIP OR SPREAD USING AVOCADOS
Guacamole is an avocado-based dip first developed in Mexico, it has now become part of international cuisine as a dip, condiment and salad ingredient.

Cut each avocado in halves. Remove the seed and scoop out the centre portion.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl and mash well using a potato masher, coarsely mash the avocados.

Add 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice.

Chop a white onion, and a tomato ( you can deseed them), and Chop 1/2 cup of cilantro. Add these to the avocado mixture.

Season with salt and pepper, Mix all the ingredients well. If you are not serving it immediately cover it with a plastic sheet and refrigerate.
