CRISPY FRIED NOODLE DESSERT
Darsaan is a well-known Chinese dessert that is created using fried wonton noodles. These noodles are covered with Honey and Sesame seeds and usually served with a scoop of ice cream.

Boil noodles in plenty of water till just done.

Drain well and spread on a plate. Apply some oil so that all the noodles don’t stick to each other.

Heat plenty of oil in a wok. Deep fry the noodles till golden and crisp.

In a pan, add sugar and butter. Add little water and let the sugar caramelize. Keep stirring till it comes to a nice brown consistency. Add 1/4 cup honey to this mixture.

Place the noodles on a serving plate and crush them slightly. Add the crushed noodles to the caramelised sugar mixture.

Serve with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds.
