Take 2 tablespoons of butter and grease the ramekin with butter and then coat it with sugar all over properly. Take some dark chocolate in another bowl.

On the other side, take a pan and add butter to it and when the butter melts add 2 tablespoons of flour to it and mix it well till it combines well.

Add 1 cup of milk to it and mix it well and cook it for some time till the consistency becomes thick. Pour this mixture into the chocolate in a bowl.

Add 1 pinch of salt and ½ tablespoon of vanilla essence in it and mix it well till the chocolate melts. In another bowl add egg white of 2 eggs. Add 1 egg yolk( without egg white) to the chocolate bowl and mix it well.

Beat the egg white nicely. Add 3 teaspoons of sugar gradually and beat till stiff peaks are formed.

Transfer 1/3rd of the prepared egg white to the chocolate mixture and mix it well. Finally, add the remaining egg white and fold everything together. After that pour the chocolate mixture into the ramekin dish.

Put it in a tray and bake it in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees celcius . Garnish it with powdered chocolate and enjoy tasty, super soft chocolate scouffle.
