Take a chicken breast and cut it wide into four pieces and repeat the cutting process for the rest of the chicken breast.
Brush the chopped chicken pieces with the corn flour very nicely. Flip it around so that corn flour is applied to another side also.
Take a frying pan and put some oil in it to fry the chicken on a high flame once the pan is heated put the pieces of the chicken in the pan and fry it.
Flip the chicken pieces and fry them on either side. When chicken is fried put the teriyaki sauce. Toss it up and down so that the chicken pieces are well coated.
Cook the chicken well with the sauce and after that switch off the flame and transfer it to a plate.
The authentic and so tasty chicken teriyaki is ready to eat, serve it with the Japanese mayonnaise and enjoy it with the family.
