Take 3-4 mangoes and cut them into two three equal halves and after that take a deep bottomed cauldron and add the chopped mangoes in it.

Add chopped ginger and 1 green chilli to the cauldron and then add the jaggery and mix it all and then cover the lid and cook it for some time at medium flame.

After that take out the lid and check whether it is cooked or not and cover it again for 5-6 minutes and let it cook at medium flame only.

When it is done transfer it to the plate and remove all the pulp of the boiled mangoes in a big bowl and mix it well.

Meanwhile on the other side take a pan and add ½ teaspoon of cumin seeds and dry roast it for 2 minutes and after add ¼ teaspoon of fennel seeds, ¼ teaspoon of black peppercorn and 2-3 green cardamom and then dry roast all of it for 4-5 minutes.

Turn off the stove and add 1 teaspoon of black salt in it and transfer it to a blender and blend it to a fine paste and then start the process of layering of panna.

Take a drinking glass and add 2 teaspoons of prepared aam panna paste and then add ½ teaspoon of lime juice, 2-3 cubes of ice and then add 2 teaspoon of prepared masala powder.

Add 2 tablespoon of mango juice in it and then add the water up to the full and garnish it with a slice of mango.
