Ingredients
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
- 1.35 L Innocent Pure Orange Juice With Bits
- 10G Top-Op Bay Leaves 10g
- 60G Mill & Mortar Organic Salt Of Hearts, 60G
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- - Schwartz Paprika
- 653G Mccain Baby Hasselback Potatoes Salt & Pepper
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Pour 2 cups of orange juice into a large saucepan and place it over medium heat.
- 2. Add the fillet steak, cut into bite-sized pieces, to the saucepan and stir to coat the meat evenly.
- 3. Stir in 1 1/4 teaspoons of soy sauce, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 chopped onion, 2 bay leaves, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika. Mix well.
- 4. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let the mixture simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- 5. After 2 hours, add 5 peeled and sliced carrots and 4 peeled and cubed potatoes to the saucepan.
- 6. Increase the heat to bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat again and let it simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- 7. Remove the bay leaves from the stew and discard them.
- 8. Serve the stew hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
