- 2 Per Pack Natoora White Nectarines
- 420G Del Monte Apricot Halves In Light Syrup
- - Billington'S Light Brown Soft Sugar
- 420G Kingsford Corn Starch, 420G
- 290G Portland Mills Jamaican Curry Powder, 290G
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Drain the canned apple, nectarine, and apricot thoroughly and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Peel and slice the bananas into rounds, then combine all the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
- 4. In a separate small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of curry powder.
- 5. Transfer the mixed fruits into a buttered 9 x 12-inch baking dish and evenly sprinkle the spice mixture over the top.
