  • 200G Mergulo Original Plant-Based Butter
  • 4 Per Pack Giga Apples
  • 2 Per Pack Natoora White Nectarines
  • 420G Del Monte Apricot Halves In Light Syrup
  • - Billington'S Light Brown Soft Sugar
  • 420G Kingsford Corn Starch, 420G
  • 290G Portland Mills Jamaican Curry Powder, 290G

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Drain the canned apple, nectarine, and apricot thoroughly and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Peel and slice the bananas into rounds, then combine all the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  4. 4. In a separate small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of curry powder.
