- 227G Paxo Golden Breadcrumbs
- 70G Mill & Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes, 70G

Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully remove 8 cabbage leaves and boil them for 5 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup flaxseed flour mixed with 1/2 cup water, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Mix well to form a cohesive filling.
- 3. Divide the filling into 8 portions. Shape each portion into a small roll.
- 4. Place each roll onto a cabbage leaf, fold the sides over, and roll tightly. Secure each roll with a toothpick to hold its shape.
- 5. In a large skillet, pour in 1 jar (400 g) of passata. Arrange the cabbage rolls in the skillet, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- 6. Cover the skillet and bring the passata to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 35 minutes, occasionally spooning the sauce over the rolls.
- 7. Remove the toothpicks before serving. Serve the stuffed cabbage rolls hot, with the passata spooned over the top.
