  • 2.27L / 4 Pints British Whole Milk 2.27L / 4 Pints
  • 200 G Amul Fresh Malai Paneer 200 G
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 200G Arla Lactofree Mature Cheddar Cheese
  • 400G Trs Spinach Leaf 400G
  • - Ktc Minced Garlic Paste
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
  • 350G Fried Tomato Sauce, 350G

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tbsp salted butter in a pan, add flour, and cook for 1-2 minutes on low heat. Slowly add 1/2 cup milk while whisking to make a smooth sauce. Mix in the spinach puree, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. 2. Combine the cooked rice with salted butter, grated lactose-free mature cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tbsp salted butter in a pan, sauté garlic and onion until translucent. Add fried tomato sauce and cook until slightly thickened. Stir in the corn, paneer cubes, and capsicum. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish. Layer the ingredients as follows: Spread the green spinach mixture at the bottom. Add the white rice layer on top of the spinach. Spread the red tomato-vegetable mixture over the rice. Sprinkle grated lactose-free mature cheddar cheese on top.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese on top is golden and bubbly. Let cool slightly, serve warm, and enjoy your colorful dish!
