Ingredients

- 1 Unit Organic Cabbage White 1 Unit
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 65G Natoora Root Ginger
- 400G Rajah Spices Natural Ground Tandoori Masala Powder
- 100 G Rajah Garam Masala
- 100 G Saras Turmeric Haldi Powder
- - Ktc Minced Garlic Paste
- 1 L Crisp N Dry Oil
- 500 Ml Cj Beksul Apple Vinegar 500ml
- 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
- 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup finely grated cabbage, 1/2 cup finely grated carrot, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum, 1 tsp grated root ginger, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce, and 1/2 tsp vinegar. Mix well to prepare the filling.
- 2. Take 12-15 momo wrappers (store-bought or homemade). Place a small portion of the filling in the center of each wrapper.
- 3. Fold the edges of the wrapper to form pleats and seal the momos tightly. Ensure there are no gaps.
- 4. Steam the momos in a steamer for 8-10 minutes until cooked. Remove and let them cool slightly.
- 5. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup thick yogurt, 1 tsp garlic & ginger paste, 1/2 tsp natural ground tandoori masala powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp tandoori masala, 1/2 tsp chana masala, and 1/2 tsp salt to prepare the tandoori marinade.
- 6. Coat the steamed momos evenly with the tandoori marinade. Let them marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- 7. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Place the marinated momos on a greased baking tray.
- 8. Bake the momos for 10-12 minutes until slightly charred and crispy. Brush with a little oil halfway through baking.
- 9. Serve hot with mint chutney or schezwan sauce.
