Ingredients

  • - PLJ Lemon Juice Original Sharp 500ml
  • 200 G Authentic Greek Yogurt
  • 200 G Amul Fresh Malai Paneer 200 G
  • 100G East End Cumin Whole Seeds
  • - Shan Tandoori Masala
  • 190G Natco Garlic & Ginger Paste, 190G
  • 30G Niharti Cardamom Ground Elaichi Powder 30g
  • 50G Heera Cloves 50g

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside.
  2. 2. In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder, 2 to 3 cinnamon sticks, 4 to 5 cloves, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, and 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste.
  3. 3. Add the juice of one lemon, 3 tablespoons of yogurt, and a handful of chopped mint leaves to the bowl.
  4. 4. Add 1 tablespoon of seasoning for sour soup with beef, 2 teaspoons of tandoori masala, 1 teaspoon of table salt, 2 teaspoons of chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder to the mixture.
  5. 5. Mix all the ingredients well to form a thick marinade.
  6. 6. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them thoroughly. Let them marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
