- 295G Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- - Ktc Minced Garlic Paste
- - Ginger - 100g
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
- 150 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce Dispenser, 150Ml
- 1 Ltr Ktc Sunflower Oil
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- - Tata Salt
- - Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chilli Oil
- 100G Trs Whole Black Pepper 100G
Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it according to package instructions. Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork and set aside.
- Heat cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet with the cooked beef, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, Szechuan chili oil, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the beef is evenly coated with the sauce.
- In a small pan, heat sesame oil over low heat and toast sesame seeds for 1-2 minutes until golden and aromatic. Set aside for garnishing.
- Assemble the rice bowls by dividing the cooked rice into serving bowls. Top with the Szechuan-hoisin beef, followed by the julienned carrots, sliced cucumber, and chopped spring onions.
- Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds over the top and serve immediately.
