- 500 Ml Hd Rice Vinegar, 500Ml
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
- 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
- - Broccoli 750g
- - Ching'S Egg Hakka Noodles
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 60G Toasted White Sesame Seeds, 60G
- - Light Soy Sauce
- 295G Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- - Flying Goose Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce
- 1 Ltr Ktc Sunflower Oil
- 110G Gourmet Kitchen Himalayan Pink Salt Grinder
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, and garlic to make the glaze. Set aside.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large, deep skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then sear them for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- 3. Add another tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Stir-fry the carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 4. Cook the egg noodles in a large pot of boiling water as per package instructions, typically 5-6 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 5. Return the pork chops to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the prepared glaze over the pork chops and simmer for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork chops are fully cooked and coated in the sauce.
- 6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and gently toss with the pork chops, vegetables, and sauce until evenly combined. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to warm through.
- 7. Finish with a sprinkle of spring onions and sesame seeds for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
