Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, and garlic to make the glaze. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large, deep skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then sear them for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. Add another tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Stir-fry the carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. 4. Cook the egg noodles in a large pot of boiling water as per package instructions, typically 5-6 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  5. 5. Return the pork chops to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the prepared glaze over the pork chops and simmer for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork chops are fully cooked and coated in the sauce.
  6. 6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and gently toss with the pork chops, vegetables, and sauce until evenly combined. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to warm through.
  7. 7. Finish with a sprinkle of spring onions and sesame seeds for garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy!
